i don't really understand what HaRPG is and how you join, can somebody please explain?

Are there any groups specifically to help you set up your own HARPG?
I'm having a lot of issues creating my own, so far I have the location, description of the lands, history and it's workers/owners but I'm struggling to actually get it started... I need to set it up, put the information together, start profiles and stories, etc but I have no idea how to or where to start >.<
Any help would be very much appreciated!

newish breed. Not sure which it would honestly go under lol
Planning to move some of my breeds to one breed group, will give a headsup once that is done.
Would also like to suggest a new group listing - RP groups (groups that focus on roleplaying equine characters, and not just breeds themselves)

Why not tell me about your breed? What colors are different types it has. Anything fantasy in it?
